My garage door spring broke at 0630 when I tried to opened it. I called the garage door guy at 0800. By 1000 the door was repaired and working great. I had used these guys in the past so I knew the repair would be completed right the first time. Great company!

I Am Totally Pleased With The Extremely Professional And Knowledgable Staff. Bob responded to my call within an hour and Shane and another nice Installer arrived today to install my new opener. They were courteous, professional and precise. My new door opener works PERFECTLY. If I could give this exceptional Crew a higher Rating I would. Finally, I recall remarking to Bob when he made the initial visit to assess my needs that he was a great business man. I share this because few companies take the time to Listen to the customers and The Garage Door Guy definitely does. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

I wrote my initial Review last month after installation of my garage door opener but after contacting Bob again yesterday I have to share my recent Excellent experience. Bob sent Shane by today regarding my concern and within a few minutes he and the other technician found that the light reflection I thought was a bulb remaining lit was actually the light from the buttons used to operate the system. Again, I am Extremely pleased with the services during the installation and with the prompt and professional follow-up after I called about a concern. Thank You Again For Your Dedication and Commitment to your Customers.

I would give more than 5⭐. Bob is very knowledgable & installed a garage door when my 30 old one was a goner. Then several months later when I caused it to go off tract & bent some of the part & I was not able to shut it to have my home secured, Bob came after a full day of work to fix it & give me a secure home that night. Great guy to go out of his way & his charge was very reasonable

Friends recommended! Great experience! No B.S. service. We met, he told me what it would cost and when they could do it! Showed up on time on a Saturday as agreed. Both doors in and working in two hours. Least expensive of the four companies I interviewed for the same door. I wish everything was this easy! Thanks to my friends who recommended them! They installed a new garage door for us back in 12/15 and did an excellent job. This morning one of the springs broke so I called and left a message and they called back right away and were able to come out the same day. He promptly got our door working. I would highly recommend them.

The best service by far as I can vouch for the positive testimonies here. I stopped by at a local business to get a quote to have panels replaced and was told I would have to buy a whole garage door. Thegarageguy gave me the best quote and ended up only replacing the panels, reconnecting the track, bar and saving me hundreds of dollars that included a military veteran discount. Thank you Bob and Shane!
